Restaurant Supplier in Manila: Setting Up a Wholesale Account
Most Manila restaurants deal with too many suppliers: one for vegetables, one for meat, one for seafood, another for imported dry goods. 1. Send us your usual list
Send your weekly or daily order list, with the units you buy in (kilo, piece, pack, box), on WhatsApp or through our contact page. We reply with prices for each item and the delivery days for your area.
2. Business details for invoicing
For the account we need:
- Registered business name and trade name
- TIN and business address for the invoice
- Delivery address, and each drop-off point if you have more than one (kitchen, bar, commissary)
- The names of the people who order and receive
- Your purchasing or accounts contact, and whether you need a PO number on each invoice
3. Prices and units you can cost with
Every line on our invoice shows the unit, and for packs and boxes what is inside, so you know the real cost per kilo or per piece. Selling prices are set by management and agreed with each account, so your food costing stays stable.
4. Payment terms
Payment terms are agreed with each account: cash, bank transfer or GCash on delivery, or credit terms for approved regular accounts. Ask us what fits your business.
5. Daily delivery
We deliver every day, Monday to Sunday, in BGC, Makati, Rockwell, Ortigas, Pasig, Mandaluyong and San Juan. Send the order by the evening before and it arrives the next morning before prep. If an item is short or not up to standard, we tell you before the truck leaves so you can adjust the menu.
